You’ll know you are in Midtown when you see the buzzing glow of thousands of lights, screens and advertisements flickering in unison in the Epicenter of the neighborhood: Times Square. Once there, you’re right by in the Theater District, with rows of historic theater after historic theater lighting up with big signs for their current production. You can choose from classics like Greece, The Lion King or Wicked or check out a new show that’s been buzzed about, like Jersey Boys. Whatever your taste, there is always a great selection of magical, larger-than-life Broadway Musicals available, and shows being put on every single night of the week for your enjoyment. If you’re a spur of the moment type of person, you can take a gamble and go to the ticket boots in Times Square the day you want to see a show. You’ll be given whatever tickets are leftover, but for a pretty great bargain! If you’re a little more choosy or have a show you really have to see, just get online and order tickets in advance. For around $50 you can get tickets to one of the Musicals currently on Broadway. It will certainly be an experience you will never forget. Even if you are not a Musical Theater nerd, you may as well indulge in at least one Broadway show so that you can experience the magic- there is really nothing like a night at the theater in Midtown Manhattan!
